I kicked butt on Kenpo tonight. I was able to do every move and keep up with everyone. I've been practicing moving my hips with the jabs and everything fell into place tonight. My heart rate was around the 80% range most of the time and I was sweating by the time I was done.
This is a workout that I hated during round 1 and tonight I actually liked it.

It's been a few hours and my lower back is a litte sore. I figured it would happen as my range of motion in my kicks was pretty high.

X-stretch tomorrow and that will feel good. Week 2 almost in the bag!
