I just finished Yoga X. I wished I had words of wisdom, but it still sucks. I did make it through the whole thing and I found it was easier if I just really concentrated on each move and checking my body alignment. It seemed to make the time pass quicker and the pain a little less.

I am having trouble keeping my back foot flat when I go into the Warrior poses. When I get it flat, my body comes up more and I don't seem to get a deep lunge. Also...has anyone else noticed that Tony talks more and takes longer when the right leg is in a lunge? I'll need to start switching it up or my right leg will have an advantage over my left. Overall I feel great today and pushed hard on the yoga belly 7.
