day 18

Okay...I'm a slacker...but not in my workouts! Booyah! Day 16 was Cardio X, Day 17 was Shoulders, Arms, and ABs and Day 18 was the glorious Yoga X. Bring it and Brought it! Feeling great. I lost 1/2 lb today. About time. Body is tightening up but the clothes have not loosened yet. I was able to make it through Yoga much better than previously. I had a lot on my mind though so I think I wasn't there for at least 35 minutes of the workout. "Clearing" my mind wasn't really an option. Food was good today though I had some funky oatmeal this morning. I'm convinced it was Barley but the chef said it was old fashioned oats. Weird but okay.

Legs/back and abs are tomorrow morning!
