Day 13

Yesterday was Legs and Back and then the Ab ripper. I stuck with the same weights I used last week and was able to finish all the moves. I even jumped during the Debbie Sieber 80/20 speed squats. Ouch! I'm using the bands for my pull ups and increased each round by 2 over last week. This morning I'm sore but nothing compared to last week. This means I should increase my weight next week.

Ab ripper was still tough after LB but this time around I'm really concentrating on taking my time and not rushing through just to finish. I feel it minimally in my abs this morning so i think I'm on the right track.

Yesterday food was good until last night. Kids have ski lessons and Kevin and I go to a nearby bar to wait. We had a couple and then decided it was a good idea to go get ribs after the kids were done.

Today is Kenpo. I will post afterward.
